Prices by apartment size
All figures in CHF, within the Riviera region. Moves outside the region are available by custom quote.
Pre-move inspection
All prices are subject to a pre-move inspection. Following the inspection you receive your final fixed quote by email, together with a service contract for your review and signature.
No hidden fees
Once confirmed, the agreed price is the price you pay — with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
Payment terms
Non-refundable 50% deposit upon signing the contract, which confirms and reserves your moving date.
The remaining 50% is due 48 hours before the moving date.

All major credit cards, bank transfer, TWINT, and secure payment links.

Once the cleaning is complete, there are often still small things standing between an empty property and a proper handover.
Riviémont takes care of furniture disposal, touch-up painting, minor repairs and final preparation so the property is ready when the keys change hands.
